• Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, access timestamps (for security and analytics).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To communicate service updates and support.
• To detect and prevent abuse.

3. Data Retention

• Video analysis data is retained for 30 days after processing, then automatically deleted.
• Exported clips are available for download for 7 days.
• Account data is retained until you request deletion.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini AI — for video analysis (subject to Google's privacy policy).
• Stripe — for payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy).
• YouTube — we access public video data via yt-dlp (subject to YouTube's Terms of Service).
• GitHub / WorkOS — for authentication.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
