Snipwise is an AI-powered tool that analyzes YouTube videos and generates vertical video clips with subtitles. The Service uses third-party AI models and video processing tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are consumed when you analyze videos (1 credit per 10 minutes of video).
• Purchased credits and subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Free tier credits reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to infringe on any third-party copyrights or intellectual property.
• Upload or process content that is illegal, harmful, or violates YouTube's Terms of Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service.
• Resell access to the Service without written permission.

6. Content and Copyright

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to clip and redistribute any video content processed through Snipwise. We do not claim ownership of your output clips. We are not responsible for copyright claims arising from your use of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
